  1. FREE Photography Classes

    Have you bought a digital SLR and are confused by all of the buttons, dials and menus? Are your photos too light or too dark, blurry or boring? Then join us for this FREE class that will teach you to take better photos. A multitude of topics will be covered in four, one-hour sessions including looking at your camera and going over all of the controls that are relevant to taking good photos. The concentration will be on learning to shoot in manual mode. Don't forget to bring your camera! Our instructor is Ray Riesmeyer. The class is free but you must call 724-695-0500 x 246 or 240 to register.

  2. Total Control Fitness & Training Program

    This is a unique exercise fitness and training program for women of ALL fitness levels who want improved pelvic and core fitness and control. This 7-week program combines exercise, strengthening and education that is fun and meets the needs of women from new post-partum moms to grandmothers and everyone in between.     Do you need to get started exercising or need a variation in your workout routine? Is inclement weather keeping you from outdoor activities? Then come and join us for water aerobics. Aquatic exercise is a fun way to exercise your heart and lungs while toning muscles. The water provides a great form of resistance with little impact on your muscle and skeletal systems. All levels of ability can benefit from this program. You must pre-register and payment is due the first class. There is a $5 discount for attending both Monday and Wednesday classes. PLEASE NOTE: We follow the WA School District Schedule - In the event of inclement weather or any district school closings, we will not have class.

    Come to the Findlay Township Activity Center located at 310 Main Street in Imperial before the parade and enjoy a pizza party and show.   5. 2017 Halloween Parade

    October 28, 2017, 1:30 PM @ Activity Center - Upper Level

    The annual Halloween Parade will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:30 pm. Participants will meet at the Findlay Township Activity Center in Imperial then march across Main Street to the Imperial Fire Hall for treats. All ages are welcome and there will be prize drawings in each age group. Prize tickets will be given out to those in costume only! In the event of inclement weather, we will stay at the Activity Center for drawings. Please note that if you are not attending the Pizza Party, you can still participate in the drawing and parade. Get your tickets inside the door of the Activity Center when you arrive.

    JVS Environmental will be at the Findlay Township Municipal Building on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for our Fall Computer & Appliance Recycling. PLEASE ENTER FROM THE WASHINGTON ROAD ENTRANCE (by Clinton Post Office) AND EXIT BY THE POLICE STATION TO ROUTE 30. JVS will accept all computers (CPU's), monitors, mouse, keyboard, laptops, phones, scanners, printers, radios, lead acid automobile batteries, and non-Freon appliances (ex. washers, dryers, microwaves) for free. Appliances with Freon (ex. dehumidifiers, air conditioners, ) will be accepted for a $15 fee. Any size televisions will be accepted, BUT ONLY ONE PER VEHICLE - NO EXCEPTIONS! Also, no picture tubes that have been removed from the televisions will be accepted. No items will be accepted before the event without prior approval. Nothing is to be left at the Municipal Building on Friday or before 10 a.m. on Saturday. The collection area will be monitored by the Findlay Police during those times.
